Chef Billy Klaser

Chef Billy began his career with a three-year apprenticeship at the famed Breakers Resort in Palm Beach where he mastered the stations of pastry, sauces, entrees and butchery- among others.

He spend an additional three years as a Sous Chef at the Breakers before returning to Arkansas to serve as Executive Chef of Country Club of Little Rock, a post he held for three years.

He accepted the title of Food & Beverage Manager at Lake Village Country Club, Then he went on to serve as Executive Chef and Club Manager at Walnut Lake Country Club.

Billy's love of trout fishing and his love for his bride, Lea led to his move to Heber Springs. The first year the restaurant opened, it was given a Readers' Choice awaed by the Arkansas Times and later given four stars by the Arkansas Times Restaurant Reviewer.
